Mrs. Bonnie Bell Jackson Rich, age 99, of Blairsville, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 2, 1998 in Union County Nursing Home in Blairsville.

Mrs. Rich was born Tuesday, May 30k 1899, in Union County, Georgia, a daughter of the late William Jackson and Nancy Fields Jackson.She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of this area.Mrs. Rich was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.She was the widow of the late Elbert R. Rich, who passed away in 1980.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Geneva and Paul Nicholson, daughter, Juanita Fair; daughter and son-in-law, Jimmye and Steve Kimsey, all of Blairsville; brother, Clifford Jackson, of Blairsville, and brother, Nuteon Jackson, of Andrews, NC; 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 25, 1998 at 2 p.m. from Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Clyde Coleman, Rev. Vernon Davenport, and Rev. Ray Potts officiating.Special music was presented by Ken and Elaine Young.The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: David Cox, Tony DiNatale, Clyde Walton, Quinton Morris, Tim roper, and Albert Davenport.Interment was in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
