J. Cooke Aldrich Buried
The funeral of Jay Cooke Aldrich, manager of Snyder's hat store, was held yesterday afteroon at 2 o'clock from the family home on Third street, Dorranceton. Services were conducted at the home, Rev. L. A. Kilpatrick, pastor of Forty Fort M. E. Church, officiating. A quartet from the church sang several appropriate numbers. There was a large attendance and a profusion of flowers. Interment was in Mt. Greenwood Cemetery, where a delegation from the Elks conducted ritualisstic services. The pall bearers were J. S. Lloyd, D. J. Morgan, Col. Sterling Eyer, L. A. Tiffany, Herbert Austin and Carleton Crocker.
