Rogersville - Mrs. Ressie Dykes Greer, 67, died at 10 pm Wednesday in Hawkins County Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Noah Greer; five sons, Virgil Greer, Kingsport; Clifford Greer, Maurice Greer, and Harry Greer, all of Rogersville; K.D. Greer, Surgoinsville; five daughters, Mrs. Eileen Mowl, Delavan, Ill; Mrs. Frances Hensley, South Bend, Ind; Mrs. Helen Self, Mrs. Mary Jo Shanks, and Mrs. Ruth Shanks, all of Rogersville; 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a brother, Gib Dykes, Baileyton; two sisters, Miss Elsie Dykes, Rogersville, and Mrs. Sally Bailey, Greeneville.
Services will be at 2 pm today in the East End Baptist Church with Rev. Truman Debord and Rev. Charley Hurd officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
The body will be removed from the Colboch-Price Funeral Home to the church one hour before services.
