MULVANE – Farber, Madeline K., age 87, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Paul Vernon Farber; parents, Glenn H. and Ruby Mills; sister, Marilyn Fredrick-McGee. Survivors include: sons, Charles David (Shirley), of Rose Hill, Gregory Paul (Judy), of Derby; and daughter, Paula Ann (Arthol) Harness, of Udall; six grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; brother, Glenn C. Mills, of PA; and sister, Helen Warden, of CO. Madeline worked with the Mulvane Alumni for many years. She was also instrumental in the founding of the Mulvane Depot & Historical Museum, where she served as a board member from the beginning. She was the editor of the book, "Mulvane City of the Valley". Graveside service will be Thursday, January 10 at 11AM at Mulvane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202. Affinity All Faiths Mortuary-Derby is in charge of the arrangements
