Married--At Cumberland, Wis., Sept. 18, 1893, by H.C. Doolittle, J.P., Mr. John H. Moore, of Hayward, and Miss Iretta R. Seavey, of this city. The Advocate joins with the numerous friends of the young couple in wishing them abundance of happiness and prosperity. They are worthy young people and enjoy the respect of all. May they meet with success.

The sad news was received Saturday morning by John Moore that his wife had died in the hospital that morning. Mr. Moore took the first train for Mendota, and on Monday returned with the remains, over which services were held from the Congregational Church, Rev. LW Winslow officiating. Mrs. Moore was about 28 years of age. She leaves a husband and a sister, Mrs. Sebe Brown and many relatives to mourn her untimely death.
