Dorothy Dell Keeney November 9, 1934 - November 17, 2010 PHOENIX, Ariz. - Dorothy Dell Keeney was born Nov. 9, 1934, and passed away Nov. 17, 2010. She was the oldest of three sisters and one brother. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado, to J. Raymond and Dorothy Smith. She is survived by J.C.Keeney, husband of 50 years; children, Kathleen Gazda, Kimberley Schuster and Todd Keeney; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Karen Zanazucchi, Lynn Vredevoogd and Colleen Weldon. Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother, and her grandchildren were the light of her life. She loved time with her family and will be missed for her love, laughter and quick-witted humor. Visitation was held Friday, Nov. 19, 2010, at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, Scottsdale. Graveside service was held Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at Sedona Community Cemetery.
