Employee for Missouri Pacific Railroad. Son of Josephus C Bass and Margaret Sousley. He had a sister whose name was Emma Florence Bass she was born in 1878, the same year his mother died, I believe during childbirth. He was only 7 years old. He was married to Dora and had a son named Ira. H.T. was very loved by his grandson Joe, who always spoke fondly of him in later years. He was buried on 16 Jun 1946. My family believes that his 2nd wife Ella poisoned him to death. Someone added a spouse on here named Eleanor, but he was never married to this person!
