Luella "Lou' Olive Erickson

Luella "Lou" Olive Erickson, 93, of Yakima died Tuesday in Parkside Nursing Care Center, Union Gap.

Mrs. Erickson was born in Lansford, N.D. She was educated in Port Orchard, Wash., before moving to the Yakima Valley, where she farmed with her husband in the Parker Heights area. Mrs. Erickson moved to Yakima in 1980.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Lange of Moxee; a granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; a brother, Kenneth Marvin and a sister Mary Ellen Bauer, both of Gig Harbor, Wash.

At Mrs. Erickson's request there will be no funeral service. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Reservation Community Memorial Park,, Wapato. Merritt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
