William "Bill" Snell, of League City, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the age of 67. He was born on November 19, 1945 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico to William Hardy Snell, Sr and Frances Mary Guest Snell. Bill was preceded in death by his parents William and Frances, Uncle, Roy Lee 'Pete'Snell and wife Mary Ellen, and nephew Richard. He is survived by his wife, Colline, daughters, Terra and Tonya. Sisters, Judy Paulus and Camile Cooper. Brother, Roy Duggan Snell and wife Fran. Grandchildren Madeline, Chelsie, Chloe, Carter, and Carley. Nieces Anna Snell and Jacquelyn, nephew Michael Snell, and great niece Tristan. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573.
