Dolores was born in Harrisburg, Pa., to Elizabeth and Joseph Bedesky.
She was involved in the Girl Scouts and Horseman's Association in the 1960s and 1970s. In Half Moon Bay, Dolores was employed by veterinarian Wm. A. Grantham beginning in the late ‘70s.
She is survived by daughters Donna Dias, Deborah Odell and Sherri Rakowski; son David Ratliff, grandchildren Kathleen Dias, Amanda Rakowski Mitchell (Mikel), Elizabeth Odell, Cole Dias, and Dan Rakowski; and great-granddaughter Natalie Belle Mitchell.
Dolores is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lowell, her parents, Elizabeth and Joseph Bedesky, brother Joseph Bedesky, and son Michael Ratliff.
Keeping with Mrs. Ratliff's wishes, she will be cremated and laid to rest with her beloved husband of 59 years at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, Calif.
