"U.S. National Cemetery Interment Control Forms, 1928-1962" – Record for Hawthorne, Louise (widow of Hawthorne, LeRoy R.):

Interred: March 15, 1922 – "Interment in the 'Arlington, Virginia' National Cemetery".

Died: Los Angeles, Calif. ["California, Death Index, 1905-1929" and 1920 Census actually indicate it was in San Diego, Calif.]

Apparently cremated remains interred in Arlington.

BIO:

First name is actually "Louisa", but seems to have gone by "Louise" later in life.

Birthdate approximate (I have the birthdate as July 12, 1835 in family records; the 1900 Census implies it's May 1836.)

Daughter of Francis Dallam Smith (1790-1840) and Louisa "Lucy" Tate (Rice) Smith (1802-1869).

Married LeRoy R. Hawthorne in 1855 in Newport, Campbell co., Kentucky.

She and LeRoy had two children: Winona (Hawthorne) Buck and Harry L. Hawthorne, both of whom are also interred at Arlington National Cemetery.
