Underwood Rites Will Be Today
NEW LEXINGTON

Rodney Roy Underwood, 45, died of a heart attack in Newark, Monday evening.

Besides his wife, Wanda Underwood of Nashport, he Is survived by four children, Miss Martha Jane Underwood of Crooksville, Charles Roy, Edward, and Thomas Underwood of the home; two step sons, Richard and Donald Weiner, also of the home; his mother, Mrs, Bessie Underwood of near New Lexington; a brother, Roscoe Underwood of New Lexington; two sisters, Mrs. E. P. Barker of At lanta, Ga., and Mrs. Elmer Fisher of Columbus.

He was a member oi the Masonic Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and Elks Lodge, all of New Lexington. He had been employed by a construction company at Nashport at the time of his death.

The body was removed to the C. L. Chute funeral home Wednesday afternoon, and private funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 1 o'clock, by Rev. E. A. Rodeheffer, with burial in the New Lexington cemetery.
