The birth year is off a few years. Albert was actually born in 1866 according to his great granddaughter and also the census showed he was 3 in 1870 and 13 in 1880 and was 23 when he married first in 1889.

MARRIAGE -
CAVEN, ALBERT M. and JENNIE A. MONTGOMERY. Bond 7 NOV 1889. G. P. DURRETT on bond. Groom age 23, 1ST MG, Farmer, B. Green Co, Parents b. Green Co.
Bride, age 20, 1ST MG, B. Green Co, Parents b. Green Co. To be married at Bride's Residence 7 Nov 1889.

This is what the lady (Rebecca Goss) said who is related to Albert that convinced me I have the right man:
"My name is Rebecca Goss and Albert Milton Cavin is my great grand father. He was born in 1866 and died in 1945. The story I heard is that my G Grandpa was born in Kentucky and had a wife, Virginia, and children there. He went to Oklahoma to find work and met my great grandma, Susie. Then married her when he was 39. My grandma died in 1920. He then married Jessie Malloy when he was 56. I don't know about him and Virginia divorcing.
My grandpa found out that he had half siblings, Hallie and John. I think John actually came to Washington state where my grandpa moved with his family. My Grandpa Champ had 3 brothers, and all four have passed away."
