"Leslie Allison. LODI, July 21 - Leslie O'Dell Allison, 84, for many years a farmer and retired butcher-grocer of Acampo, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long Illness.
Mr. Allison, a native of Chico, spent most of his life in California, except for visits to Missouri. He married Mabel Dustin in 1913. The couple lived on Dustin Ranch on Dustin Road near Acampo.
Mr. Allison was a member of the Lodi Native Sons of the Golden West and the Lodi Aerie of Eagles.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ethel M. Troglia, a grandson, and two great-grandsons.
Funeral rites will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the East-Pine Funeral home. The Rev. Benjamin Smith, retired pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate. Entombment will be in the family crypt in Lodi Memorial Cemetery." END
