Pat is my uncle, he served on the HMAS Sydney during WW II. He was survived by his wife, Shirley and children, Judith Alan, John, Jill and Betty. His mother Dorothy Loftus and sister June Burns. Pat as he was known by, died from medical negligence after having his appendix removed. A drain that was inserted after his operation had stopped working and a nurse refused to leave her lunch break to attend to him. He died shortly after from the infection that leaked back into his body. His five children were all under the age of 7 at the time of his passing.

*&*&*& I can't thank Edward Leffew enough for sponsoring my uncles memorial, God Bless you Edward *&*&*&
