Elaine( "Mandi") was born 30 March 1989 in El Paso, Texas where she grew up. At age 15 she moved to Oak Harbor, WA. with her mother and step father. She was a sophmore @ Oak Harbor high school where she had many friends. Elaine volunteered @ the local library and baby sat for many of the families in her area.
She always had a smile and her caring and warmth earned her many friends. when she came to the school, friends said she like to use the expressing "Cool Beans" and said to her mother. "1 day, I'll have the whole school saying "Cool Beans" too. She was learning to play the guitar and she loved Nirvana.
Elaine was reported missing 6 Nov. 2004. the following day, her treasured black Kurt Cobain t-shirt and pink and green converse shoes were found in the bedroom of her boyfriend, James Sanders, age 18.
On 14 Jan.2005, her body was discovered in a compost pile in his grandfathers back yard. The teen confessed to the murder because she had refused to get an abortion.
Elaine is survived by her father, Carlos Sepulveda of El Paso, TX, her mother and step father Mary and Juan Jimenez,
3 sisters Angela-17, Maegan-7, Alyssa-4 and nephew, Jaycob-1 all of Oak Harbor, Wa.
