Mrs. Mary Tragesser Broeder, 84, a lifelong resident of Lafayette, died Tuesday morning at 9:35 o'clock at the family residence, 1514 South street after an illness of six days. Born in Lafayette, she was a daughter of Henry and Mary (Korty) Lammers, pioneer residents of the city. She was a member of St. Mary's church, also the Altar and Rosary society and the Sacred Heart society. She leaves a daughter, Miss Mae Tragesser, at home and two sons, Walter J. Tragesser, at home and Harry L. Tragesser, of Lafayette, also one half-sister Mrs. Louis Middlestadt, Louisville, Ky. and two half-brothers, Frank and Herman Lammers of Lafayette.
Friends may call at the residence after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Services Friday morning at 9 o'clock from St. Mary's church. Burial in St. Boniface cemetery. Soller and Baker funeral directors, in charge.
