Joan C. Raymont, 82, of Waynesburg, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, January 16, 2013.

She was born July 14, 1930, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late George T. and Catherine Koontz.

Mrs. Raymont was married to the late Russell W. Raymont. Together, they owned and operated Norge Village Laundry in Waynesburg.

After his death, she continued operating the business until Thursday, January 10, 2013.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Waynesburg for more than 50 years.

Surviving are three loving children, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and special added family members.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, are a sister, Annette Moslander, and a brother, George Koontz Jr.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 21.

Entombment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Township.
