MARYSVILLE William C. Painter Sr., 70, of 9 Willow St. died Sunday in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was retired from Quaker Oats Corp., a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and Quaker Oats Old Timers Association.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth R. Eppley Painter; two sons, William C. Jr. and Richard L.; a daughter, Nancy L. Peters; a brother, Dan A.; two sisters, Mary L. Sadler and Joyce Toomey; eight grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Burial will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Marysville.
