NYSSA ANN MCFADDIN, 9, of Fort Wayne fell from a pontoon boat July 13 in Smith Mountain Lake, Va., and is presumed to have drowned.
Surviving are her mother, Beth Ann Lirot of Fort Wayne and her father, Dale McFaddin of Virginia.
Funeral services will be scheduled in Defiance, Ohio.
