Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Landmark Memorial Baptist Church for Felder Columbus Hickman, 88, who died Wednesday around 12:30 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Versie Warden, where he had made his home.
Officiating ministers will be Rev. Elmer Scarborough and Rev. Adam Bordelon. Interment will follow in the Seabron Bond Cemetery with Dees Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hickman was a charter member of the Landmark Memorial Church and was a deacon.
He is survived by five daughtersl Mrs. Rubie Diede of Gulfport, Mrs. Eva Ladner, Mrs. Winnie Rader, Mrs. Versie Warden, and Mrs. Hazel Harrington, all of Wiggins; one son, Adolph Hickman, also of Wiggins; two brothers, Arthur and Walter Hickman, both of Wiggins, 17 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jake Hickman, Boyce Breland, Byron Bond, Wayford Hickman, Brewer Hickman and Gifford Hickman.
