C. A. Swanson, a Swede who owned a ranch near New Castle and who had been sick for the past two months with what was presumably walking typhoid, was brought to the sanitarium October 3. Mr. Swanson was in a very bad condition and died Wednesday night. No relatives in this country survive the deceased, with the exception of one brother who is now in the U. S, service.
