Various sources indicate Louis Kinney and his wife Mary Williams Kinney are buried in the Old Presbyterian Chrurchyard, now Perrysville Union Cemetery. Their interment is not recorded in the Ashland Co., Cemetery Book, published by the Sarah Copas Chapter No. 1455 DAR in 1979. Family history indicates Louis Kinney died at the home of his son-in-law, Allen Oliver, who died in this place about a year later in 1823. Louis and wife Mary are supposedly interred at the head of their daughter Elizabeth Kinney Oliver and son in law Allen Oliver's graves. I don't think there is any type of MARKERS for their graves. I have not been there to see if this is possible. But, I believe the family tradition that has been passed down has merit. The LDS IGI had that information that Louis and Mary were buried in this cemetery some years ago. If anyone has further information concerning this, please let me know.
Louis Kinney married Mary Williams on 5 Jan 1762 in Sussex Co., New Jersey. Other sources have their marriage at Trenton, Mercer Co. New Jersey. They had the following known children:
