LIVINGSTON --

Funeral services for Ben Whiteker, 20, were held Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Chuck McLaurin officiating. Burial followed in Beech Creek Cemetery in Spurger, with Bro. Milton Powers officiating.

Mr. Whiteker died Friday, Nov. 12, in Livingston.


He was born May 20, 1984 in Galveston, the son of Gary and Becky Mullins Whiteker.


Survivors include his father, Gary and Amanda Whiteker of Livingston; mother, Becky Whiteker and David Bowen of Livingston; sisters, Leslie Whiteker, Stormie Whiteker, Hannah Whiteker and Kelsi Whiteker, all of Livingston; best friends, Chris and Lonnie Simons of Livingston and Brandon Nash of Livingston and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.


Pallbearers were Chris Simons, Lonnie Simons, Brandon Nash, Todd Fortenberry, Kyle Green and Greg Green. Honorary pallbearers were David Bowen, Darwin Crawford, Keith Martin and Bobby Goynes
