HM3, US Navy, Vietnam∼Wayne Crook, born in Arkansas March 7, 1943, and childhood resident of Baldwin Park and graduate of Baldwin Park High School died Friday December 8th in Portland Oregon of complications of diabetes. Wayne joined the U.S. Navy after graduation and was honorably discharged after one tour of duty as a medic.
Wayne returned to his home in Baldwin Park after discharge and soon thereafter was employed by the Veterans Administration Hospital where he remained employed until his death.
He was buried in the Veteran's Cemetery in Oregon.
Wayne is survived by three brothers, Mike Davis, Stephen and Mark Fields, and one sister Sharon Baker.
