Cora was born to John and Sidney Reed Hataway, according to the 1880 census report she was 5 years old making her born in 1875, her death certificate lists her birth year as 1880
Her daughter Marjorie was 18 at the time and may not have know her mothers actual year of birth, anyway Cora's First marriage was to Juarez Mexico Tindall in Cherokee County, KS they were to have a daughter named Beryl Ina in 1899, There are no records showing any kinds of trouble with the law, of course there were not many records of this Tindall family to be found without some serious shovels and digging, Cora and Juarez were divored in 1907. Cora Remarried in 1908 to Maxim Franklin that marriage took place in Califorina as did the birth of her second daughter Marjorie, Cora is also survied by a granddaughter Rachel Mary Stovall (who became the wife of Wade Lynch per beryl's obit)
