Louis Merwin Baum Holt Age 79, passed away January 15, 2009. He was born October 16, 1929, in Ohio, to Corwin and Gladys Baum. Louis was employed for 26 years at Burroughs, then spent the next years working in the banking machine industry. He was a very active member of Holt United Methodist Church, and was also very active in his local community. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marilyn Baum; and beloved daughter-in-law, Celia Baum. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2009, at Holt United Methodist Church, 2321 N. Aurelius Rd., with the Rev. Dr. Glenn M. Wagner officiating. Interment will then take place in Portland Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.
