Frankie was the son of Samuel and Eva (Millikan) Wilson. He Married Lola Joann Holloway in Noblesville Indiana on March/7/1959. They were Married for many years until his death in 1991. They had no children together. Frankie did have a son from a previous Marriage, his name is Joseph E. Wilson. Frankie worked Maintenance and Construction work for most of his life. He was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. One thing I can remember about Frankie is he Loved to fish.
