SOUTH BEND - Ethel Mary Shorb, born in Graceville, MN, on Jan. 20, 1920, formerly of South Bend, IN, and New Port Richey, FL, passed away quietly in her sleep on Jan. 23, 2013, in an assisted living facility in Munster, IN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. Dee Leonard Shorb.
She is survived by her three children, Joan Weaver of Munster, IN, Keith Shorb of Fairplay, SC, and Linn Shorb of Southern Pines, NC. She was also blessed with five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A private service is planned for the immediate family. Final resting place will be at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend, IN.
