Elijah Clifton "Cliff" was a son of the late Rev. Elijah Clifton Allsep, Sr. and the Rev. Pauline (Wilson) Allsep. He was the husband of the late Bernice (Bagwell) Allsep. Survivors are two daughters, Lisa Lollis and Jennifer Pelzer; a son Terry Allsep and a sister Margaret Pollard; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was prededed in death by a son David Allsep.
