Gail A. Runyon age 90, 4100 West 1150 South Geneva passed away Tuesday morning in Swiss Village in Berne. He was born in Henryetta, OK. on September 7, 1922 the son of David Smith and Cora Elizabeth (Bever) Runyon. He was married December 24, 1941 to Doris Erlene Haines who survives. He was a lifelong farmer, owner of Runyon Farms. He had served on the South Adams School Board, Democrat Precinct Committeeman, President of Alberson Cemetery Board and member of First Methodist Church in Geneva.

Surviving are his wife Doris, Three daughters Mrs. Ron (Gaila) Crouch of Olive Hill, TN., Gedda Starlin of Geneva and Mrs. Jon (Ginger) Roughia of Bryant, One son David Runyon (wife Dawn) of Geneva. Nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren

Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Dr. Herb Buwalda presiding. Burial will follow in the Alberson Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M. Memorials can be made to Hospice of Northeast Indiana.
