Jane W. Clark, 54 of Midland, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009. Visitation will be 6PM to 8PM on Monday, August 24, 2009, at Ellis Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dean Cook officiating. Jane Clark was born October 18, 1954 to Harrison and Charlotte Knox in Dover, New Jersey. She married David Clark on August 14, 1981 in Midland, Texas. Jane was employed with Wells Fargo Bank, Midland as a Credit Analyst, and worked for other area banks during her career. She was a graduate of Andress High School in El Paso, and Midland College. She was an active member of Cuthbert Ave. Baptist Church, Midland. She loved running, her family, and her savior Jesus Christ, and was a skilled motorcyclist and member of the Tall City Road Riders. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Jane was preceded in death by her brother Ralph Knox, and parents, Harrison and Charlotte Knox. Survivors include her husband, David B. Clark of Midland, sisters Laura Kelly of Bakersfield, CA; Pam Emery of Albuquerque, NM; son Larry Guinn of Phoenix, AZ; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Jordan Cook of Midland, and her beloved grandson Jacob Franklin, also of Midland.
