MOOREVILLE - Lynn Rushing, 46, died Monday, May 2, 2011, at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born July 17, 1964. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, photography and shoe shopping.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at W.E. Pegues Funeral Home in the Jefferson Street Chapel with Bro. Shane Ray officiating. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Liberty Church of Christ Cemetery in Michie, Tenn. Corinthian Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, David Rushing of Mooreville; her children, Ashley Synder (Nick) of Mooreville and Wesley Rushing (Kayla) of Saltillo; her mother, Virginia Dickey (Jim) of Mooreville; her siblings, Kim Curtis of Liberty, Cheryl Dickinson of Fulton, Regina Duffie of Baldwyn and Bo Parker of Ty Ty, Ga.; her grandchild, Kaitlyn Synder of Mooreville; her brothers-in-law, Derik Rushing (Staci) of Mooreville and Dale Rushing (Candy) of Mooreville; and her mother-in-law, Patricia Putt of Mantachie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hollis Parker, and her father in law, David Wesley Rushing.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at W.E. Pegues Funeral Home in Tupelo.
