George Edward Bell of Slidell, La. passed away on Thursday Jan. 24, 2008 at his home. Beloved husband of Susan Barone Bell. Father of Joseph Bell & wife Karen Stone Bell, MD, Tina Bell Griffee & husband James Griffee MD, & Robert Bell & wife Maija Engblom Bell. Son of the late Robert E. Bell Jr. & Noel Roy Bell. Brother of Frederick Joseph Bell& Danielle Schaffer. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, Christian Bell, Keifer Bell & Anders Bell. Age 64 years; a native of New Orleans& long time resident of Slidell, Mr. Bell was a Computer Systems Analyst. Relatives & friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell (In Forest Lawn Cemetery) today from 6-9 pm, Skidell, La. on Monday Jan. 28, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Internment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation on Monday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
