Mrs. T. LeJeune, 75 funeral services
At 2 p.m. Sunday, funeral services were conducted in LeJeune Memorial Baptist Church for Mrs. Theodore LeJeune, 75, the former Martha Fontenot, retired storekeeper of Eunice. Mrs. LeJeune died unexpectedly at her home at 7 p.m. Friday, April 11. Burial was in St. Louis Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.
Surviving Mrs. LeJeune are one son, Theodore LeJeune Jr., three daughters Mrs. Evert Elmo Young of Eunice, Mrs. Layton Matt of Patterson, and Mrs. August Fontenot of New Iberia; four half-brothers Olide Fontenot of Kinder, Lee Fontenot of Beaumont, Texas, Harrison Fontenot, of Beaumont, Texas and Soule Fontenot of Beaumont, Texas; one half-sister Mrs. Clyde Chachere of Kinder. Eight grandchildren and 17 great - grand children also survive.
