HANNIBAL - Christopher Scott Powell Jr. died at 9:27 p.m. Thursday, June 14,, 2001, and Matthew Robert Powell died at 12:10 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2001, at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia.
Graveside funeral services for Christopher and Matthew will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 25, at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. The Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate. The Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal is in charge of arrangements.
There will be no visitation.
Christopher was born at 7:34 a.m. and Matthew was born at 7:35 a.m. both on Thursday, June, 14, 2001, at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia to Christopher and Sarah Reutenauer Powell of Hannibal.
Survivors include their parents; a triplet sister, Trinity Alexis; one brother, Michael Paul Duncan of the home; one sister, Christa'lyn Powell of the home; their paternal grandparents, Robert and Sheryl Powell of Pittsfield, Ill.; maternal grandparents, Chuck and Sandy Reutenauer of Hannibal; paternal great-grandparents, Joe and Teresa Posluszny of Murphysboro, Ill., and Norman and Eileen Schulz of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and maternal great-grandparents, Tony and Vera Webb of Hannibal.
They were preceded in death by their maternal grandmother, Denna Reutenauer; and maternal great-grandparents, Adam and Esther Reutenauer.
The family wishes to include that they were also preceded in death by one uncle, Paul Reutenauer.
