Thomas Samuel, 4 weeks, infant son of Mr and Mrs Tom Billingsley, West Stanley Street, died Wednesday, April 7 at the home of his maternal aunt and uncle, Mr and Mrs Wiley Phipps, on Rt 4.
Services were Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial in the City cemetery.
Surviving are 3 half-sisters, Mrs Chas Swafford, Pikeville; Mrs Eph Hoover, Nashville; Mrs Verble Anderson, Nashville; 1 half-brother, Neal Billingsley, here.
