Retired CTA employee from 1942 to 1978. Retired Trustee in the Village of Worth, 1976 to 1991, Honorary Member of Marrs Meyer American Legion Post #991, Founder of the Worth Senior Citizens Club. Visitation at the Schmaedeke Funeral Home, 10701 S. Harlem Ave. Worth, Wenesday 3 to 9pm., Will lie in state at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 7800 McCarthy Rd., Palos Heights, Thursday Feb. 17, 2005, from 10am. until time of service at 11:00am.
