Mary Gwendolyn (Brinker) Frick, 89, of Irwin, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born Aug. 4, 1923, in Irwin, a daughter of the late Glenn S. and Alice Amanda (Good) Brinker and was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward D. Frick; and an infant daughter, Bonnie. She was a former nurse and was a member of Calvin Presbyterian Church, North Huntingdon. Surviving are her children, Mary Alyce Frick and her husband, Gary Chesla, of Herminie, Rebecca Houle and her husband, Tom, of Michigan, and Levi Frick and his wife, Jamie, of Huntington Beach, Calif.; grandchildren, Matt Glenn, Sam and Joshua Houle, and Logan and Lottie Frick; and a great-granddaughter, Katie Rae Glenn. There was no viewing. Private interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Penn Township. WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, Irwin, 724-863-1200, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers a contribution may be made to Calvin Presbyterian Church, 260 Maus Drive, North Huntingdon, PA 15642 .
