Dale Aanrud
COTTAGE GROVE — A private family service will be held at Fir Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove for Dale Roger Aanrud of Cottage Grove, who died Dec. 9 of age related causes. He was 75.
He was born May 5, 1934, in Albert Lea, Minn., to Lewis and Ingaborg Ovedia Johnson Aanrud.
He worked on the family farm, moved to Oregon in 1957 and worked for several years on the maintenance crew at the University of Oregon.
Survivors include four sisters, Karen McCrea and Eileen Aanrud, both of Cottage Grove, Margaret Schmitt of Twin Lakes, Minn., and Nona McDonald of Mexico; and two brothers, Rollin of White City and Stacey of Cottage Grove.
