Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great freinds.

Evan's service will be a private service.

Evan was so well liked and loved that his memorial service at his church, had over 1,500 people attend.

When God called Evan home, He got one of the best of the best as an angel.

Evan was diagnosed with (GBM) Glioblastoma on the 20th of May 2010, and had surgery on a Monday, 24 May 1010. He died peacefully on 21 Dec. 2011. He had the kind of courage that made him a real warrior.

Team Evan was created when Evan was still with us. It was a way of his family and friends, even strangers to help Evan and other children and their families to deal with cancer. After Evans death, Team Evan is still going strong, helping research to find a cure for cancer. In everything that Team Evan is doing, I know that Evans loving spirit is with them.
