AN ASIDE: I served with then TSgt Dennis Blanton in the mid 1970s. We were assigned to the unique Airlift Wing at Andrews AFB, MD, that transported the President and other Federal dignitaries worldwide. We were Security Guards flying with those aircraft and I flew several missions with Dennis.
