Edward A Langolf (also spelled Langholff by his ancestors)

Edward A Langholf, 82, of Walden Colorado, died Oct 29, 1995 at a nursing home in Fort Collins, Co. Ed was born March 9 1913 in Morrill, Nebraska to Edward R and Pearl Chitwood Langholf. He married Margaret McNamara on March 26 1940 in Fort Collins Colorado. Ed lived in Idaho as a youth and in North Park since he was a teenager.

Ed was a member of the St Ignatius Catholic Church. He was a board member on the Soil Conservation Planning Commission and an avid fisherman and hunter. He also loved the outdoors and enjoyed working with wood making furniture, etc. He was a rancher and also worked in the Louisiana Pacific Sawmill.

Ed is survived by his wife Margaret, a daughter Sheila Caldwell or Denver Co; a brother Ernest Langholf of Fort Collins, CO; two grandchildren, Kim Buchanan of Bozeman, MT and Kathleen Walters of Littleton, CO and two step grandchildren, five great grandchildren, seven great step grandchildren, and a niece raised by Ed and Margaret. Kathleen McCoy of Westminster, CO . He is also survived by many friends and relatives whose hearts he touched.

a mass of christian burial will be held Thursday, Nov 2 1995 at 1 p.m. at St Ignatius Catholic Church in Waldon colorado. with father John C Kaufina officiating. Internment will be at the Jackson Co Cemetery.
