GATE CITY – C. Cecil Miller, 53, a former resident of Scott County, died at 10;45 A.M. Tuesday in Womock Army Hospital at Fort Bragg, N.C.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Main Chapel at Fort Bragg. Journagan & Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville, N. C., is in charge of arrangements.
