Margaret P. Rudy, 95, of Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, and formerly of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005. She was the wife of the late Roscoe C. Rudy. Born Aug. 22, 1909, in Ebenezer, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Ellen Furman Snavely. She was retired from the former Barry Maid and later helped her son at Rudy's Locksmith. She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church in Lebanon, Lebanon VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Greater Lebanon Valley Lions Club. Surviving are son Richard A. Rudy of Lebanon; daughter Ruth, wife of James Nitz of Naples, Fla.; sisters Celesta Hollinger and Harriet Fox, both of Lebanon, Ethel Backen of New Mexico and Elizabeth Bretz of Ono; brother Roy Snavely of Ebenezer; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside service Monday at Grand View Memorial Park. (Lebanon Daily News)
