Funeral services for Terry Van Travelstead, 25, of Route 4, Carbondale, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walker Memorial Chapel in Carbondale. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Travelstead died Saturday, Jan. 15, 1983, as the result of an auto accident on New Era Road.
He was a driller for A and H Engineering and was a member of First Methodist Church in Carbondale.
He was born Feb. 21, 1957, in Marion to John and Loretta Tripp Travelstead.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Bruce; and paternal grandmother, Lela Travelstead, all of Carbondale, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oran Tripp of Ozark.
Mr. Travelstead was preceded in death by one brother.
