Mary Catherine was the daughter of the late Charles & Catherine Byrne, and sister of the late "Bud" Byrne.
Mary was a life-long Baltimore resident, and was employed by Carrollton Bank as a supervisor until her retirement a number of years ago. She was one of the most dedicated, hard-working individuals employed by the Bank.
Mary was a devout Catholic, although she was unable to attend Mass the last few years due to illness. One of my earliest memories of Mary was at my first Holy Communion when she was the Queen of the May Procession.
Mary became very ill the last year or so of her life, which was spent in a nursing home. Since her immediate family pre-deceased her and I know how much she missed them, I take comfort in knowing she is reunited with them in heaven.
