Ted Coleman SALUDA - Ted Lucious Coleman, Sr., 76, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont.

Born in Saluda County and a son of the late George William and Dorothy Duffie Coleman, he was the husband of Peggy Jane Fulmer Coleman.

Mr. Coleman attended Clemson University and was a Dairy and Beef Farmer. He was a member of Butler United Methodist Church.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy Fulmer Coleman,

a son Ted Coleman, Jr. (Sheri) of Saluda,

two daughters, Melissie Satterfield (Nick) of Greenwood and Tangie Coleman of Saluda,

a sister, Hannah C. Hallman of Saluda, two brothers, William O. Coleman of Hopkins and Thad Coleman of Saluda

and three grandchildren, Katie, Rachel and Olivia Coleman.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Butler United Methodist Church with Rev. Lee Cothran officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Sunday at the church. Memorials may be made to Butler United Methodist Church Building Fund, c/o Sandra M. Collard, 791 Long Rd., Saluda, SC 29138. Ramey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
