Robert "Bob" Womack was born on February 24, 1947 in New York City, New York to Hood Max and Catherine Agnes Fox Womack, and passed away in Houston, Texas on February 16, 2013 at the age of 65. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Iva Womack of Spring, Texas, by his three sons: Michael Womack of Bolder, Colorado, Brandon Womack of Humble, Texas, and Jimmie Womack and wife April of Austin, Texas, by his sister Therese Cooper and husband Mel of Porter, Texas, and his brother Tommy Womack and wife Debbie of Huntsville, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother William John Womack. He served his country in the US Navy during Vietnam and was a electrician. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Monday February 18, 2013 from 5-8pm. Funeral Service will be in the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 10am with Pastor Tim Byrd as officiate. Burial will be in the Houston National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Adam Meuth, Wayne Meuth, Ron Leathers, Marty Caliva, Thomas Womack, and Bryan Higgins.
