Leo Paul Majek, Jr., age 90, passed away on February 28, 2012 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Majek was born on June 2, 1921 to Leo and Rosie Majek.

Mr. Majek enlisted and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1940 to 1945.

Mr. Majek was employed by Huff's Foodtown until his retirement. He was also a member of the American Legion, SPJST and KJT.

Mr. Majek will always be remembered for bringing joy to people through his love of music. He played in the Majek Orchestra since he was nine years old. He started on drums and then the accordion the rest of his life.

Mr. Majek is preceded in death by his first wife Betty R. Majek, brothers Julius, John, Charlie, Frank, Joe Majek, and sister Mary Rochetsky.

Mr. Majek is survived by his wife; daughter& spouse two grandchildren & many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 2, 2012 at Seaside Funeral Home. With interment in Seaside Memorial Park. Pallbearers were family members.
